How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@MyZDOG.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Ship your ZDOG returned item to the address given with the tracking number.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Restocking and Shipping Fees (non defective items)
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping costs incurred by ZDOG (even if the item was sold with free shipping). Any shipping costs incurred for the items being returned will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser as well. Any selling commissions incurred by ZDOG by retail websites will also be deducted from your refund. This includes but not limited to fees from websites like Amazon and Ebay.
You may exchange your purchase for other products we offer. However, you will be subject to a restocking fee and any associated shipping costs.
