These boxes are brand new but have slight cosmetic defects. Things like smudged powder coating, minor chips and/or scratches, and/or powder coat build up or flaking in the inside bottom corners. You can’t see these things from 20 feet away so they aren’t major. They are 100% functional with the same weatherproofing strips. They are just a little too dinged up to sell at full price. The cosmetic portion of the warranty is of course void for these boxes.
